I am passionate about helping individuals build awareness into how their past experiences influence their present sense of self, relationship struggles, and mental health challenges. I have completed extensive training in the treatment of trauma and find myself most passionate about helping clients heal from developmental trauma and attachment trauma related issues.

I have a nurturing and supportive approach to therapy. I believe that effective trauma-informed therapy requires mindful conceptualization and pacing to ensure client safety throughout the therapeutic process.

Outside of the office, I am a mother to a beautiful baby girl, a wife, and a Maryland native. I’m an avid reader, a fitness enthusiast, and an animal lover. I’m happiest spending quiet time at home or in nature with my friends and family. I would describe myself as a realistic optimist who believes that everyone is capable of healing.
